Stamp Set: One-Horse Open Sleigh
Cardstock: Boho Blue, Basic White, One Horse Open Sleigh DSP
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Smokey Slate
Stampin’ Blends: Smokey Slate, Boho Blue, Real Red, Lemon Lolly, Pretty Peacock, Basic Black, Pecan Pie
Other: Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Paper Trimmer, Bone Folder, Horse and Sleigh Dies, Adhesive Backed Snowflake Assortment
1. The card base is Boho Blue cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”.
2. Use the Trimmer to cut starting at 1” down and 1” over to 5-1/4” down with the 5-1/2 cardstock at the top of the trimmer. Do the exact same on the parallel side.
3. Then turn your cardstock to the 8-1/2” side at the top. Score at 1” to the cut edge on both sides but not the middle section. Then move it 2” and score to the cut edge on both sides but not the middle section.
4. Score at 4-1/4” through the middle section.
5. Then move to 5-1/4” and score on each side but not the middle section. (See measurements above in the pattern).
6. Fold on each score line and burnish with the Bone Folder.
7. Cut DSP with the steeple at 3-1/4” x 3” and two strips for the sides at ¾” x 3”.
8. Cut a Basic White strip at 1” x 5-1/2”. Ink up the snow stamp with Smokey Slate and stamp at the bottom. Die-cut two snow mounds with the dies from Basic White scraps.
9. Ink up the open horse sleigh stamp with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on 2-3/4” x 5-3/4” Basic White cardstock. Color it in with the Stampin’ Blends and die-cut with the One Horse Open Sleigh Dies. Adhere to the Basic White strip at the bottom with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the lower party of the horse and sleigh.
10. For the inside, cut 3” x 5-1/4” Basic White. Ink up the sentiment of choice with Tuxedo Black Memento.
