id you know Gene Autry wrote the song " Here comes Santa Claus." He was in the Macy's Thanksgiving parade in front of Santa. As his float was going by he could hear children saying "Here comes Santa Claus!" and this inspired him to write the song.
Today I have made some items using the Santa's Workshop DSP and the Santa's Workshop Memories and More card pack.
Project Recipe
Here are two triangle boxes I made with the dsp using the Elizabeth craft designs die.
These will hold a lollipop or some Hershey kisses. To keep the boxes closed you could use a rubber band or some twine. These boxes assembled are 3.3 x 2 inches.
I die cut some images and added them to the candy striped box.
I made this bag with one sheet of 12x12 dsp. I added some grommets from We R Memory Keepers to the bag. I think the red I found worked well with it.
I then added some poppy parade ribbon to the bag to finish it. It is so stinking cute!
Jolly Ole Santa Claus is a big Tradition here in the USA. Other countries have other names, St. Nickolas , Old Man Christmas, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle to name a few.
What do you call him in your country?
Here is a small gift box and bag. Both of them are using some of the items from the Santa's Workshop Memories and More card pack. I filled them with some Hershey kisses and other candies and you could add a gift card.
Finally I made some cards from the Santa's Workshop Memories and More card pack.
These cards come in two sizes. Did you notice my pencils and erasers? I found them at the Dollar Tree. They are Elf on a Shelf items and only for a $1.00!
